Furthermore, you understand and agree that you and/or the sites you submit links to will be legally responsible for payment in full of these charges should you submit any link in violation of the full terms of use of this Reciprocal Link Exchange Agreement. 4. Enforcibility: You understand and agree that, should any part of this agreement be deemed unenforcible by a court of law in the State of Georgia, County of Houston, United States of America, this will in no way affect the remainder of this agreement.
